CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 1893
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENION DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City of Renton , acting by and through its
City Council, hereby re-affirms its unqualified support and assistance
for the construction of SR-515 and said right-of-way to constitute
a major arterial road through the City of Renton.
SECTION II : The City of Renton hereby urges the Washington
State Department. of Highways to proceed with all deliberate speed
and urgency for the construction and early completion of said
right-of-way through the City of Renton and its final connection
with limited access Highway I-405 at and near the North Renton
Interchange .
SECTION III : The City of Renton further requests said Washington
State Department of Highways to promptly seek adequate funding from
the Washington State Legislature in order to implement and complete
said roadway project which is not only of utmost importance and need
to
commuters and persons who
for the citizens of Renton, but/all of the
are employed at the various industrial plants within the Greater Renton
area.
SECTION IV : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to forward authenticated copies ated co ies of this Resolution to the
members of
the Senate and House Transportation Committee and such other public
officials as may be deemed advisable.

If Purchaser violates any provision of this contract the Company may, at its option, without waiving any
other right hereunder, discontinue service hereunder until such breach shall be remedied.

SIXTH: SUBJECT TO REGULATORY AUTHORITY. The rights and obligations of the parties here-
under are subject to the authority of any regulatory agency having jurisdiction and to the Company's appli-
cable schedules and tariffs, as they may be amended from time to time, on file with any such regulatory
agency,ge cy, including without limitation, the Company's
General Rules and Provisions and its Tax Adjustment
Schedule on file with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission, all of which schedules and
tariffs are by this reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof. The rates hereunder are subject
to change by authority of any such regulatory agency or upon the effectiveness of a superseding schedule of
rates governing the electric service rendered hereunder filed with such regulatory agency. Upon the effective
date of such change, the Purchaser shall therafter pay for service at the new rate.
