CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION NO. 1898
WHEREAS all of the outstanding bonds and assessments
have been paid and collected respectively in connection with Local
Improvement District No. 248 , and
WHEREAS there is now on hand a cash balance in said fund
in the sum of $2 ,911. 36 , and
WHEREAS such balance should be transferred unto the
Local Improvement District Guaranty Fund as hereinbelow stated,
NOW THEREFORE ,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : .The FinancerD rector:: s hereby authorized and
directed to transfer the sum of $2 ,911. 36 from Local Improvement
District No. 248 unto :
Local Improvement District Guaranty Fund 602 ,
Account No. 271
and upon such transfer all the books and records as to Local
Improvement District Fund #248 shall be gL0,s,e:d in all respects .
