RESOLUTION NQ . 1929
, WHEREAS a etition for the approval of a final plat for
, �
the subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter �more
particularly described, located within the City of Renton, has
heretofore been presented to and filed wi.th the City Council and
the City Planning Comm.ission and it appearing th,at the preliminary
plat has heretofore been duly approved by the Planning Commission
after public hearing thereon as provided by law; and
WHEREAS after due investigation the Planning Commission
has considered and recommended the approval of said final plat
and said matter having come on for review before the Planning Commission
of the City of Renton at its publi.c hearing on or about July 24,
1974 and the Cit Council having duly app�oved said final plat

, at its regular meet�.ing on August 5 , 1974 and such approval being
deemed proper and advisable and in the public i,nterest, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL 0�' THE
GI'�Y QF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
Section I : The final plat heretofore submitted and approved
by the Planning Commission, pertaining to the following described
real estate , to-wit:
Tl�-e. Plat of "Cresent View Addition" is a- replat
of lract 286 C . D. Hillmanls Lake Washington Garden
o� Eden Division No . 4, accordi,ng. to plat thereof
recorded i,n Volume II , Page 82 , records of King
County, Washington
Said property being located at Kennewick Avenue
N.E. and N.E. 16th St.
be and the same is hereby approved as such plat, su�ject to the
laws and ordinances of the City of Renton. •
