RESOLUTION N0 . 1941
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTOl� , AS FOLLOWS :
Section I : Del 6ennett , Airport Director of the
City of Renton , Washington , or such alternate designee as
may be designated by the City Council , is hereby authorized
to execute for and on behalf of the City of Renton , Washington ,
a municipal corporation under the la�vs and statutes ,of �he
State of Washington , any letters of agreement between the City
of Renton and the Federal Aviation Administration ( FAA) for
the purpose of establishing operational procedures , pursuant
to FAA Facilities Management Handbook , 7210. 3B NW Sup 1 ,
paragraph 1554-S1 .
Sectior II : This resolution supersedes any and all
resolutions heretofore passed by the City of Renton which
would be in conflict herewith and shall be in effect beginnin�
October ] , 1974.
