CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION N0, 1948
WHEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for
the subdivision of a certain tract of land as hereinafter more
• particularly described, located within the City of Renton, has
heretofore been presented to and filed with the City Council and
the City Planning Commission and it appearing that the preliminary
plat has heretofore been duly approved by the Planning Commission
after public hearing thereon and as otherwise provided by law; and
WHEREAS after due investip�ation the Plannin¢ Commission has ,

considered and recommended the approval of said final plat and said
matter having come on for review before the Planning Commission
at its public hearing on November 27 , 1974 and theCity Council
having duly approved said final plat at its regular meeting on
December 9 , 1974, and such approval being deemed proper and
advisable and in the public interest, NOW THEREFORE
SE IT RESOLVED BY THE iKAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON WASHINGTON AS FOLLOWS :

SECTION I: The final plat heretofore submitted and approved
by the Planning Commis�on, pertaining to the following described
real estate, to-wit :
Hi-lands First Addition (A Replat of a Portion of
Block 3, Fair View Terrace) and described as follows :
All that portion of Slock 3 , Fair View Terrace according
to plat recorded in Volume 60 of Plats , Page 66, Records
of King County, Washington, except that portion. of said
Block 3 described as follows : Beginning at a point on
the line between said Block 3 and Lot 4, Block 2 of
', said plat which is 7 . 75 feet easterly of the Southwest
corner of said Lot 4, thence southerly to a point on
the South line of said Block 3 , which is 179 feet Easterly
measured along the South line from the Southwest corner of
said block; thence westerly along said south line 179 feet I
to the southwest comer of said block; thence N 0° 59 ' 44" E
109 . 00 feet to the northwest corner of said block;
N 85° 35 ' 26" � 166. 67 feet to the point of beginning.
