RESOliUTION N0. 1851
WHEREAS i.t is necessary for the belowmentioned Fund to b�rrow
certa�.n moni,es from the Street �'orward Thrust Pund pending receipt
of tax monies and TOPIC rei.mbursement money, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The Finance Di,rector is hereby authorized and
di,rected to transfer the following funds as a loan, and such loan
to bear �nterest at the rate of 4o per annum and to be repaid to
the Street Farward Thrust Fund in any event not later than November
1, 1973 , to-wit: j
