RESQLU'�ION N0. 1859
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL QF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : WARREN C. GONNASON, Publi,c Works Director� of
the City of Renton, Washington, is hereby authorized to execute for
and on behalf of the City of Renton, Washington , a Municipal Co�ration
under the laws and statutes of the State of Washington, �his and any
other application and to file same with the appropriate State office
for the �urpose of obtaining certain Federal financial assistance
undex. the Disaster Reli.ef Act (Public Law 606 , 91st Congress) and�or
to file any subsequent documents in connection with any existing
application therefor.
SECTTON II : This Resolution supersedes Resolution No. 1794
heretofore passed by the City of Renton on April 10 , 1972 .
