CITY OF RENTON; WASHINGTON
RESOLUTION N0 . 1872
WHEREAS the City of Renton owns a certain dwelling , as
hereafter described, the same being substandard and of no further use
and benef it to the Cit� , and
WHEREAS it is in the �best interest of the City to declare said
dwelli,ng surplus , and to dispose of it in the best and most advantageous
manner to the City of Renton, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
0� RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I: The aforesaid findings and recitals are hea�by
found to be true and correct in all respects .
SECTION II : It is hereby found and detex�mined that the
following described dwelling is no longer needed �or any public use or
purpose and there is no foreseeable need or requirement for said dwelling,
and same should be sold upon such terms and conditions as may be most
beneficial to the City of Renton and such sale to be made upon sealed
bids to the highest , responsible bidder; and �ai.d dwelling bei,ng located
on the following described property , to-wit:
That certain dwelling known as 211 Mill Ave . S .
Renton, King County, Washington, located on Lot
17 , Less South 6 feet, Block 10 , Town of Renton,
according to Plat recorded inVolume l, Page 135 ,
records of King Courity, Washington , less alley , con-
sisting of a total area of 5306 feet, more or less
• (Allen property) (Personal property only)
and the Acting Building Director of the City of Renton is hereby authori,zed
and directed to advertise for the sale of the above described _dwelli.ng ,
upon sealed bids and such conditions as he may determine, and as otherwise
provided by law. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids
and to waive any irregularities in the form of the bid. �,��d dwelling
