RESOLUTION N0 . 1873
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON TO REQUISITION PAYMENTS
FROM HUD RELATIVE T� PROJECT WS-WASH-129, WATER
AND SEWER GRANT.
WHEREAS the City of Renton has applied for a grant from I
the Department of Housing and Urban Development of the United
States , which grant has been approved, and ` ,
WHEREAS , it is necessary to designate a person or position
to execute requisitions for payment , NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
That AVERY GARRETT, Mayor of the City of Renton, Washington,
or his successor, be and is hereby authorized and directed to
execute any and all requisitions for payment or any other documents
required by HUD to the end that the City may receive funds to
assist in the planning , engineering , constructlon and completion
of Project WS-WASH-129 , water and sewer grant.
