RESpLUT�ON N0 . 1878
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : That it is the intention of the City Council of
the Gity of Renton to vacate the �ollowing described por-ti.on of public
right of way located within the City of Renton, King County, Washington,
to=wit:
Al1 that portion of Whitman Court Northeast (134th Avenue Southeast)
within the Plat of Honey Dew Estates No. 1 , recorded in Volume 72 of Plats, page 98,
records of King County, lrJashington, lying between the North 7ine of said sub-division
and the fdorth margin of Northeast llth Street (Southeast 114th Street).
SECTION II : All persons who may desire to object to said
pro�osed vacation hereindescribed are hereby notified to appear and
present such objection at a meeting of the City Council to be held
in the Council Chambers of the City Hall , Renton, Washington at 8 : 00
P.M, on October 23 ,1973 , which time and �lace are hereby fixed
for hearing all matters relating to said proposed vacation.
The City Clerk is hereby authorized and di,rected to give
notice of said hearing as provided for in RCW 35 . 79 . 020 .
