RESOLUTION N0. 1883
WHEREAS the City of Renton is engaged in the improvement of
certain streets , including the installation of underground conversion
facilities , and related improvements , and ,
WHEREAS it is necessary to acquire certain properties in
connect�ion with such street improvements , NOW THEREFORE , �
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City of Renton hereby accepts that certain �
Statutory Warranty Deed dated November 30th, 1973 executed by ,
Nicholas A. Maffeo and Sibyl Maffeo , his wife , a true copy thereof
being attached hereto and incorporated herein and made a part hereof
as if fully set forth, which acceptance includes the conditions
specified in said conveyance.
SECTION II : The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and
directed to pay the sum of $125 . 00 unto said Grantors , Nicholas A.
Maffeo and Sibyl Maffeo , his wife , as full payment for said
conveyance and in full satisfaction of any and all claims by said
Grantors .
