RE : VACATION OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS King County School District No. 403 , a municipal
corporation, h�re-tofore issued and executed a certain " Perpetual
Easement" unto the City of Renton, a munici�al corporation, as
Grantee, under date of March 22 , 1962 , which said easement has been
duly recorded in the King County Auditor' s office in Volume 4261,
page 575 , -.P.ecording Number 5410648 , and
WHEREAS it has been determined by the City of Renton that such
easement is no longer necessary or required and may be abandoned and
relinquished, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : That certain Perpetual Easement dated March 22 ,
1962 by King County School District No. 403 , a municipal corporation,
as Grantor, unto the City of Renton, a municipal corporation, as �
Grantee , described as follows :
A 10 foat utility easement locatedin Blocks 16A and
18 of Corrected Plat of Renton Highlands No. 2 ,
centered on the westerly projection of the centerline
o,f 6th Avenue North, betr�reen "M" Street and "K" Street ,
Together with an additional 20 feet on each side of the
above described center line for the purpose of and �
during construction of any of the belowmentioned
facilities ,

BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY VACATED AND RELINQUISHED IN FAVOR OF ;
KING COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO.. 403 , a municipal corporation.
SECTION II : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to furnish a certified copy of this Relinquishment unto said School
District for purposes of recording said Relinquishment with the
Director of Records and Elections , King County.
