BE IT RE.SOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND .THE CITY C.OUNCIL OF I
THE CITY OF REN.TON. AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 'I : '
That the Banks and Savings and Loan Associations (as
per Exhibit A attached ) be and they are .hereby designated as one of
the depositories for funds belonging or under the control .of the
City of Renton, a municipal corporation, under the laws and statutes
of the State of Washington and that the City' s duly appointed, acting
and qualified Director of Finance, to-wit: Mrs. Gwen Marshall, is
authorized and directed to open and maintain one or more .accounts Ii
at said depository on behalf of and in the riame of the City of
Reriton.
That the above mentioned depository be and .it is hereby
further authorized to honor and pay checks, drafts. and similar
ins�kruments in the name of th.e City of Renton and signed by any
two (2.) of the following officials of th.e City of Re.nton:

depository to see to the agplication of funds in any case whatsoever
and that a tr.ue copy of this resoluzion be certified and deliver.ed to
said depository ,at .the time any .such account is opened on behalf of
the City of Renton.
That any of .the officers or officials of the City. of '
Renton above named are furt.h.er authorized to endorse any such check,
