WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to transfer the below
specified funds for the puxpose o� covering miscellaneous professional
and consultant fees including anticipated litigation costs regarding
Spririg.b�ook flood damage, and such transfer bei.ng necessary and in the
public interest and for the public benefi,t, NOW THEREFQRE
