ORDINANCE N0. 4725
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AbIENDING
SECTION 4-6-9 OF CHAPTER 6, ENVIRONMENTAL ORDINANCE
(SEPA) , OF TITLE IV (BUILDING REGULATIONS) , OF ORDINANCE
NO. 4260 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON" BY ADOPTING THE OPTIONAL DNS
PROCESS .BY REFERENCE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I. Section 4-6-9 of Chapter 6, Environmental
Ordinance (SEPA) , of Title IV (Building Regulations) , of Ordinance
No. 4260 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of
Renton, Washington" is hereby amended to read as follows :
4-6-9 : PURPOSE OF THIS PART AND ADOPTION BY REFERENCE:
This part contains the rules for deciding whether a proposal
has a "probable significant, adverse environmental impact"
requiring an environmental impact statement (EIS) to be prepared.
This part also contains rules for evaluating the impacts of the
proposals not requiring an EIS . The City adopts the following
sections by reference, as supplemental in this part : '
