REGIILATIONS) , OF ORDINANCE N0. 4260 ENTITLgD "CODE OF
. GENERAL ORDINANCES OF T�S CITY OF R�TTON, WASHINGTON" BY
: ' CORRECTING A TYPOGRAP�ICAL }3RROR AND BY ADDING A
', SIIBSECTION_ MAKING IT UNLAWFIIL FOR ANY PERSON TO SHOOT A
BOW, AIR G�1�T .OR SLINGS�OT AT ANY ANIMAL OR FOWL.
` THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN '
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I. Section 6-2-2 .B of Chapter 2, Air Guns, of
Title VI (Police Regulations) , of Ordinance No. 4260 entitled "Code
of General Ordinances of the City of Renton, Washington" is hereby
- amended to read as follows:
B. For any • person to point or shoot a bow, air gun or
_ slingshot at any� person or property of another, or to aim or
discharge such weapons in the direction of the person or residence
of another, while within such range as would make possible injury � I
to the person or damage to the property of another by a discharge
from such toy or weapon.
SECTION II. Section 6-2-2 of Chapter 2, Air Guns, of Title
VI (Police Regulations) , of Ordinance No. 4260 entitled "Code of
General Ordinances of the City of Renton, Washington" is hereby
amended by adding subsection E which read as follows :
E: For any person to point or shoot a bow, air gun or
slingshot at any animal or fowl, either domestic or wild, within
the City limits of Renton.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval, and thirty (30) days after publication.
