AN ORDINANCE OF TIiE CITY OF RENTON, WAS�INGTON,
AMENDING SIIBSECTIONS 6-10-1.E AND 6-10-1.R OF CHAPTER
10, CRIMINAL CODE, AMENDING SECTION 6-14-22 AND ADDING
A NEW SECTION TO CHAPTER 14, LITTER, OF TITLE VI
(POLICE REGULATIONS) , OF ORDINANCF NO. 4260 ENTITLED
"CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON" RELATING TO THE ADOPTION BY REFERENCE OF
MISCELLANEOIIS STATE CRIMES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I. Section 6-10-1 .E of Chapter 10, Criminal
Code, of Title VI (Police Regulations) , of Ordinance No. 4260
entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton,
Washington�' is hereby amended to read as follows :
E: 9A.56 . 010, 9A.56 . 020, 9A. 56 . 050, 9A. 56 . 060, 9A.56 . 096,
9A. 56 . 100, 9A.56 . 140, 9A. 56 . 170 and 9A.56 . 180, as now or
hereafter amended, and all other statutes adopted by reference
therein as if fully set forth herein.
SECTION II. Section 6-10-1 .K of Chapter 10, Criminal
Code, of Title VI (Police Regulations) , of Ordinance No. 4260
entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton,
Washington" is hereby amended to read as follows :
K: 9 . 01 .55, 9 . 03 . 010, 9 .03 .020, 9 .40 .100, 9 .41 . 050,
9 .41 .230, 9 .41 .270, 9 .41 .280, 9 .47A. 010, 9 .47A. 020, 9 .47A. 030,
9 .47A. 040, 9 .47A. 050, 9 . 61. 230, 9 . 61 .240, 9 . 61 .250, 9 . 66 . 010,
9 . 66 . 020, 9 . 66 . 030 and 9 . 66 . 050 as now or hereafter amended, and
all other statutes adopted by reference therein as if fully set
forth herein.

SECTION III. Section 6-14-22 of Chapter 14, Litter, of
Title VI (Police Regulations) , of Ordinance No. 4260 entitled
"Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton, Washington" is
hereby amended to read as follows :
VIOLATION; PENALTIES : It shall be unlawful for any person
to violate any of the provisions of this chapter. Any violation
of this chapter shall constitute a civil infraction. Penalties
for any person found to have committed a violation of this
chapter shall be in accordance with RCW 70 . 93 . 060 and RCW
7 . 80 . 120 .
SECTION IV. Chapter 14, Litter, of Title VI (Police
Regulations) , of Ordinance No. 4260 entitled "Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Renton, Washington" is hereby amended I
by adding the following section which reads as follows :
ADOPTION BY REFERENCE: RCW 70 . 93 . 060 is hereby adopted by
reference as now or hereafter amended and all other statutes
adopted by reference therein as if fully set forth herein. �
SECTION V. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval, and thirty (30) days after publication.
