. SECTIONS 4-31-16 .B.1, 4-31-16 .B.2 AND 4-31-16 .B.4 .g OF
C�APTER 31, ZONING CODE, OF TITLE IV (BUILDING
REGULATIONS) , OF ORDINANCE 1�i0. 4260 ENTITLED "CODE OF
GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON" BY
MAVING THE DAY CARE CENTER USE FROM ADMINISTR.ATIVE
CONDITIONAL TO PRIMARY USE. I
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I. Section 4-31-16 .B. 1 of Chapter 31, Zoning Code,
of Title IV (Building Regulations) , of Ordinance No. 4260 entitled
"Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton, Washington" is
hereby amended by adding the following subsection which reads as
follows :
j . Day Care Center.
SECTION II. Footnote 1 to section 4-31-16 .B. 2 of Chapter
31, Zoning Code, of Title IV (Building Regulations) , of Ordinance
No. 4260 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of
Renton Washin ton" is hereb deleted.

SECTION III. Section 4-31-16 .B.4 .g of Chapter 31, Zoning
Code, of Title IV (Building Regulations) , of Ordinance No. 4260
entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton,
Washington�� is hereby deleted.
SECTION IV. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its �
passage, approval, and five (5) days after publication.
