ORDINANCE N0. 4673
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
CHAPTER 24, UNIFORM BIIILDING CODE, SECTION 4-25-5.A OF
CHAPTER 25, NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE, AND SECTION 4-28-2
OF CIiAPTER 28, UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE, OF TITLE IV
(BUILDING REGULATIONS) , OF ORDINANCE NO. 4260 ENTITLED
"CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON" BY
ADDING A NEW SECTION TO COLLECT FEES FOR COMBINATION
BUILDING PERbiITS, INCREASING FEES FOR SWIMMING POOLS, HOT
TUBS AND SAUNAS, ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION TO COLLECT FEES
FOR JOB TRAILERS, AND INCREASING THE UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE !
SCHEDULE OF FEES. '
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS : �
SECTION I. Chapter 24, Uniform Building Code, of Title IV
(Building Regulations) , of Ordinance No. 4260 entitled "Code of
General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby amended by
adding the following section which reads as follows :
4-24-6 : Combination Building Permit Fees .
Whenever a combination building permit is issued the following �
fees will be collected:

Up to 3,000 sq. feet Over 3,000 sq. ft. I

SECTION II. Section 4-25-5 .A.5 of Chapter 25, National
Electrical Code, of Title IV (Building Regulations) , of Ordinance

ORDINANCE NO. 4673
No. 4260 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton"
is amended to read as follows :
5 : Swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas - $60 . 00 (which each
require a building permit) .
SECTION III. Section 4-25-5 .A of Chapter 25, National
Electrical Code, of Title IV (Building Regulations) , of Ordinance
No. 4260 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton"
is hereby amended by adding subsection 12 which reads as follows :
12 : Job Trailers - $30 . 00 each.
SECTION IV. Section 4-28-2 of Cha ter 28 Uniform Plumbin

hereby amended to read as follows :

SECTION VI. This ordinance shall be effective upon its ,
