SECTION 5-1-1.A, OF CHAPTER 1, FEE SCHEDIILE, OF TITLE V
(FINANCE AND BIISINESS REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE NO. 4260
ENTITLE "CODE OF GENER.AL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
.WASHINGTON," BY ADDING A SUBSECTION ADOPTING CONDITIONAL
APPROVAL PERMIT FEES.
THE . CITY .COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I. Section 5-1-1 .A of Chapter 1, Fee Schedule, of
Title V (Finance and Business Regulations) , of Ordinance No. 4260
. . entitled ':Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton,
Washington" .is hereby ..amended by adding the following subsection
whic.h reads .as follows :
u. Conditional Approval Permits '
1 . Structures (Administrative) $250 . 00
2 . Uses (Hearing Examiner) $500 . 00

' SECTION II . This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
' passage, approval, and thirty days after its publication.
