AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
SECTION 6-10-1 OF CHAPTER 10, CRIMINAL CODE, OF TITLE VI
(POLICE REGIILATIONS) , OF ORDINANCE NO. 4260 ENTITLED
"CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THL CITY OF RENTON, ,
WASI3INGTON" BY ADDING TWO SFsCTIONS WHICH WILL ALLOW
POLICE TO ENFORCE STATE LAWS W�EN PEOPLE TRESPASS OR
BECOME OBSTREPEROUS AT A MEDICAL FACILITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN I
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I. Section 6-10-1 of Chapter 10, Criminal Code, of
Title VI . (Police Regulations) , of Ordinance No. 4260 entitled "Code I
of General Ordinances of the City of Renton, Washington" is hereby
amended to read as follows :
6-10-1: CODE SECTIONS ADOPTED: The following sections of
Title 9A, Washington Criminal Code, Title 9, Crimes and
Punishments, and Title 69, Food, Drugs, Cosmetics and Possession,
of which at least one printed copy has heretofore been filed and is
now on file in the office of the City Clerk and made available for
use and examination by the general public, are hereby adopted as
part of Title VI (Police Regulations) :

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AblENDING
SECTION 6-10-1 OF CI3APTER l0, CRIMINAL CODE, OF TITLE VI
(POLICE REGULATIONS) , OF ORDINANCE NO. 4260 ENTITLED
"CODE OF GENER.AL ORDINANCES OF THL CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON" BY ADDING TWO SECTIONS WHICH WILL ALLOW
POLICE TO ENFORCE STATE LAWS W��T PEOPLE TRESPASS OR

The following is a summary of this ordinance .
' SECTION I. Section I adds to the list of state laws
incorporated in City Code by reference . Those sections of state
law make it a crime when people trespass or become obstreperous at
a medical facility.
SECTION II. A full text of this ordinance will be mailed,
without charge, upon request to the City Clerk.
