AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
, SUBSECTION 5-13-3 .A OF CIiAPTER 13, PUBLIC DANCES AND DANCE
IiALLS, OF TITLE V (FINANCE AND BUSINESS REGULATIONS) , OF
ORDINANCE NO. 4260 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON," RELATING TO LICENSING OF DANCES
CONDUCTED ON SCHOOL PROPERTY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I. Subsection 5-13-3 .A of Chapter 13, Public
Dances and Dance Halls, of Title V (Finance and Business
Regulations) , of Ordinance No. 4260 entitled "Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Renton, Washington" is hereby amended to
read as follows :
5-13-3 .A: A license is not required under this Chapter if the
dance is conducted by the City of Renton or by a public and/or
private school licensed by the state of Washington, if conducted on
school property.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval, and thirty days after its publication.
