ORDINANCE NO. 4563
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AbIENDING
SECTION 4-31-8 .B.2 AND RESCINDING SECTION 4-31-8.B.4 .c
OF CHAPTER 31, ZONING CODE, OF TITLE IV (BUILDING
REGULATIONS) , OF ORDINANCE NO. 4260 ENTITLED "CODE OF i
GENER.AL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON" BY
ALLOWING HOME OCCUPATIONS AS SECONDARY USES IN MULTI-
FAMILY ZONES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I . Section 4-31-8 .B. 2 , of Chapter 31, Zoning
Code, of Title IV (Building Regulations) , of Ordinance No. 4260
entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton,
Washington" is hereby amended by adding subsection (e) which reads
as follows :
4-31-8 .B.2 .e: Home Occupations : Home occupations shall be
allowed per the requirements of section 4-31-19 .G with the written
approval of the �roperty owner which may be revoked for good
cause .
SECTION II. Section 4-31-8 .B.4 .c of Chapter 31, Zoning
Code, of Title IV (Building Regulations) , of Ordinance No. 4260
entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton,
Washington" is hereby rescinded.
SECTION III . This ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval, and thirty days after publication,
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 4th day of December , 1995 .
