AN ORDINANCE OF THE C�TY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDIN�
SECTION 10-10-4.H O� CHAPTER 10, PARRING REGULATiONS, OF
TITLE % (TRAFF�C) , OF ORDINANCE NO. 42�0 ENTITLED "CODE
� OF G�N�RAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON, �IASHINC�ON"
BY ADDING SU�SECTION 8 RELATING TO THE RESTRICTION OF
CITY EMPLOYEE PARRING PERMITTED VEHICLES FROM MUNICIPAL
CAMPUS TIME LIMITED STALLS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 10-10-4 .H of Chapter 10, Parking
- ' Regulations, of Title � (Traffic) of Ordinance No. 4260 entitled
"Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton, Washington" is
� hereby amended by adding subsection 8 which reads as follows :
TO-10-4 .H. 8: No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle
' displaying a City of Renton employee general or carpool parking
permit, in a time restricted stall of any parking lot of the
Municipal Campus, Liberty Park (including the pool) and the
Community Center, for any length of time between the hours of 8 :00
a.m. and 4: 30 p.m. , with the exception of 30-minute time restricted
stall.s . Doing so will subject the vehicle owner to a parking
infraction and monetary penalty, according to the fee schedule in
� effect for parking time restriction violation. Thirty-minute
• stalls may be used by vehicles with City employee parking permits,
provided the time limitation is not exceeded. If the time
limitation is exceeded, the owner of the vehicle is subject to a
parking infraction and monetary penalty for exceeding the thirty-
minute time restriction.

SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval, and thirty days after publication.
