ORDINANCE NO. 4465
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY 'OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
� SUBSECTION 4-31-10.4.B.5 OF CHAPTER 31, ZONING CODE, OF
TITLE IV (BUILDING REGULATIONS) , OF ORDINANCE NO. 4260
ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
RENTON, WASHINGTON" BY ADDING LIGHT MANUFACTURING AND
AUTO BODY AND PAINT SHOPS TO THE LIST OF HEARING E7CAMINER
CONDITIONAL USES IN THE ARTERIAL COMMERCIAL (CA) ZOATE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 4-31-10 .4 .B.5 of Chapter 31, Zoning
Code, of Title IV (Building Regulations) , of Ordinance No. 4260
entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton,
�nTashington" is hereby amended by adding the following subsections ,
which read as fol.lows :
4-31-10.4.B.5-.y: Light manufacturing, including assembly
and warehousing_ -of prefabricated parts and finished.. parts; also
including minor finishing work as part of the assembly process .
4-31-10.4.B.5.z: Automobile body shops, including painting,
when conducted entirely within an enclosed structure.
5ECTION II. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval, and thirty days after publication.
