WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 4368 the City Council of the City of Renton did establish LID No. 335; fixed the boundaries thereof, and provided for assessments upon property in said district ; and I WHEREAS, pursuant to that Ordinarice the City Council did exclude certain parcels of property and; and WHEREAS, prior to the establishment of the final assessments, the owner of c�ert-ain of the parcels which were excluded has petitioned the Csty --Council to iriclude those parcels within LID No. 335 rathe.r ..than _including .those_:parcels_. in. a compani.on special assessment..di�strict;. and WHEREAS, the parcels petitioried to be added to Local Improvement District No. 335 will be benefited by the improvements in a manner similar to other similarly situated properties; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the best interests of , the City and the owner of the property petitioning to be within I the district to include that property within the district; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CI�'Y COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: ` ORDINANCE NO. 4 4 7 4 � SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4368 establishing LID No. 335 is � hereby amended to include the following described real property: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part ! hereof as if fully set forth herein. SECTION II. The full boundaries of Local Improvement District No. 335 of the City of Renton, Washington, are now legally described as follows : See Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein. , SECTION III. Except as specifically modified hereby, Ordinance No. 4368 remains in full force and effect. SECTION IV. This ordinance will be effective upon its passage, approval and five days after publication.
