ORDINANCE NO. 4403. '
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDING I
SUBSECTION 8-8-3.B OF CHAPTER 8, AQUIFER PROTECTION, OF �
TITLE VIII (HEALTH & SANITATION) OF ORDINANCE NO. 4260
ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
RENTON, WASHINGTON" BY CHANGING THE EFFECTIVE DATE FOR
PERMIT APPLICATIONS.
SECTION I. Subsection 8-8-3 .B of Chapter 8, Aquifer
Protection, of Title VIII (Health and Sanitation) of Ordinance No.
4260 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton"
is hereby amended to read as follows :
8-8-3.B: The effective date for permit applications is May
1, 1993.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall . be effect.ive upon. . its_ ,
