CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
ORDINANCE NO. 4331 �
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDING II
CHAPTER 24, UNIFORM BUILDING CODE, OF TITLE IV (BUILDING ;
REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE NO. 4260 ENTITLED "CODE OF '
GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON" RELATING TO
ADOPTION OF THE 1991 WASHINGTON STATE ENERGY CODE AND THE
WASHINGTON STATE VENTILATION AND AIR QUALITY CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I . Section 4-24-3 .E.4 of Title IV (Building
Regulations) of Ordinance No. 4260 entitled "Code of General
Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby amended to read as
follows :
Section 4-24-3 .E.4: 1991 Washington State Energy Code as
adopted by the State of Washington (51-12 W.A.C. ) .
SECTION II . Section 4-24-3 of Title IV (Building
Regulations) is hereby amended by adding a new subsection which
reads as follows :
4-24-3-E.6: Washington State Ventilation and Air Quality
Code.
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval, and thirty days after publicatibn.
