HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 4334 CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON ORDINANCE NO. 4334 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OF RENTON FROM P-1 (PUBLIC USE) TO O-P (OFFICE PARK) (VALLEY GARDEN HEALTH CENTER/M-V PROPERTIES REZONE; FILE NO.R-053-91} . WHEREAS, under Chapter 31 (Zoning Code) of Title IV (Building Regulations) of Ordinance No. 4260 known as the "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton, " as amended, and the maps and reports adopted in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described has heretofore been zoned as P-1; and WHEREAS, a proper petition for change of zone classification of said property has been filed with the Planning Division on or about May 8, 1991, which petition was duly referred to the hearing examiner for investigation, study, and public hearing, and a public hearing having been held thereon on or about September 10, 1991, and said matter having been duly considered by the hearing examiner, and said zoning request being in conformity with the city' s comprehensive plan, as amended, and the city council having duly considered all matters relevant thereto, and all parties having been ' heard appearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto; ''i NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: I SECTION I . The following described property in the City of Renton is hereby rezoned to O-P, as hereinbelow specified, subject to t?Ze findings, conclusions, and decision of the hearing examiner dated September 24, 1991, and subject further to restrictive 1 j EXHIBIT "A" That portion of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quatter of Section 31, Township 23N, Range 5E, W.M., King County, Washington, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 31: Thence N 89°02'39" W. along the south line of said subdivision, 370.00 feet to the point of begixzning; Thence continuing N 89°02' 39" W. along said south line, 533.34 feet to a point on the soutlierly right-of-way margin of Carr Road, said point also being a point on a noti- tangetit curve; Thence Northeasterly I79.62 feet, along an arc of a non-tangent curve to the left, having a radius of 622.96 feet. The radius point of which bears N 22°09'29" W through a central angle of 16°31'12"; Thence N S I°19'25" E, 285.70 feet to a point of cuzvature; Thence Northeasterly 113.64 feet along an arc of a curve right, havi.t�g a radius of 523.14 feet, through a central angle of 12°28'45" to the point of a compound curve; Thezice Southeasterly 43.28 feet along an arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of 25.00 feet, through a central angle of 99°11'02"; Ther�ce S I7°02'46" E, 59.07 feet to a point of curvature; Thence Southeasterly 86.11 feet along an arc of a cutve to the right, having a tad'zus of 270.00 feet, through a central angle of 18°15'22"; Thence S O 1°13'36" W.
