CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
ORDINANCE NO. 4258
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING �
THE 1990 ZONING MAP AS OFFICIAL DESIGNATION FOR ZONING �
CLASSIFICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City of Renton has previously adopted a Zoning
Ordinance for the entire City of Renton; and
WHEREAS, the City of Renton has prepared and utilized a zoning
map visually displaying the zoning designation of various parcels of
property within the City of Renton, and
WHEREAS, the public has come to rely upon the zoning map, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Renton did duly
establish and hold .a public hearing on February 5, 1990 to adopt the
City of Renton Zoning Map, and the City Council having duly
considered all matters relevant thereto and all parties having been
heard appearing in support thereof or in opposition thereto, NOW
THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The attached Zoning Map of the City of Renton is
hereby confirmed as depicting the official zoning designations of
the various parcels of property as of the date of adoption of this
ordinance.

ORDINANCE NO. 4258
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage,
approval, and five days after publication.
