INCREASING CERTAIN FEES AND ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION 5-1-
2.J TO ESTABLISH CHARGES FOR FACSIMILE COPIES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 5-1-2.C. 1 of Chapter 1, Fee Schedule,
of Title V (Finance and Business Regulations) , of Ordinance No.
4260 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton,
Washington" is hereby amended to read as follows: ��

Copies requested by telephone or mail $5.00 minimum :fee

10 page limit.
Copies transmitted out-of-state: Additional $10 . 00
charge to above
costs.
SECTION IV. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approva�, and thirty days after its publication.
