ORDINANCE NO. 4270
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASAINGTON, AMENDING
3ECTION 8-1-9 (B) 4 OF TITLE VIII (HEALTH AND SANITATION)
OF ORDINANCE NO. 4260 ENTITLED ��CODE OF GENERAL
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WA3HINGTON�� BY
COMBINING SUBSECTION3 (3) AND (4) .
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 8-1-9 (B) 4 (3) of Chapter 1, Garbage, of
Title VIII (Health and Sanitation) , of Ordinance No. 4260 entitled
"Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton, Washington" is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 8-1-9 (B) 4: (3) Opening and closing of container
enclosure gates and/or unlocking or locking of container lids.
SECTION II. Section 8-1-9 (B) 4 (4) of Chapter 1, Garbage, of
Title VIII (Health and Sanitation) , of Ordinance No. 4260 entitled
"Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton, Washington" is
hereby deleted.

TION III. This Ordinance shall be effective u�on its
