CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
ORDINANCE NO. 4280
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
TITLE IV (BUILDING REGULATIONS) AND TITLE IX (PUBLIC WAYS
AND PROPERTY) OF ORDINA1dCE NO. 4260 ENTITLED "CODE OF
GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON" BY
REPEALING CERTAIN SECTION5 AND TRANSFERRING CERTAIN
SECTIONS TO ANOTHER TITLE OF THE CODE BOOK.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Sections 4-16-2 through 4-16-5 of Chapter 16,
Public Works Construction Code, of Title IV (Building Regulations) ,
of Ordinance No. 4260 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the
City of Renton, Washington" are hereby transfe�red to Chapter 7,
Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction Standards, of Title IX
(Public Ways and Property) , and renumbered as follows :

SECTION II. The following sections of Chapter 16, Public
Works Construction Code, of Title IV (Building Regulations) of
Ordinance No. 4260 entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City
of Renton, Washington" are hereby repealed: Sections 4-16-1, 4-16-
6, and 4-16-7 .
SECTION III. This ordinance shall be effective upon its 'I
passage, approval, and thirty days after publication. I��
