various Renton transportation commiuees . Hoeing has supponed the City of
Renron transportation goals and objectives by panDering with the City of
Renton and Renton residcnu in the recent six yeat lrnn~jt planning effort
with King County Metro. TIle Boeing Company worked closely with and
successfully lobbied for the goals and objectives of the City of Renton. in
Ihis effort.
As a result of this effort Boeing anticipate's no significant increase in SOY
use as a resuh of this proposed rel.ooing. The proposed f'el..one does not
conrajn any expansion of an existing usc that would mcrease existing
facilities within the rezone area . If Boeing were to lease or M:.1J this property
located within the proposed re7.one area, it would be onerous upon the
lessee or buycr to address any transponation impacts as a rcsult of their
development.
3. The proposed rezone will not result in dc\'elopo":nt that will adversely
impact community facilities . 1llcse facilities include utilities. tr.lnsponation.
parks or schools. TIle Boeing Company has no immediate plnns to expand in
the' rezone area. If there is any expansion it would be onerous upon the
proposer to mitigate any impacts as a result of that Land Use Action.
