2815 ROSA RUGOSA PRUNING

The City af Renton is pleased to offer an oppartunity for an experienced plant maintenance
contractor to provide pruning and plant remova! at the following lacation:
Between Maplewood Place S.E. and 131st Avenue. S.E. and between Highway 169 and#he
Cedar River Trail.
* Pruning and plant removal project must oecur prior to December 10, 2015.
• Once a `Natiee to Proceed' has been given, and trail caordination has been scheduled,
the praject must be campieted within three (3} cansecutive working days.

Contractor to supply all material and labor to complete the following:
Rosa Rugosa Pruning Project
• Remaval of—all Blackberry, Reed Canary Grass, Trees, and any plant material other than
Rosa Rugosa.
• Frune all Rosa Rugosa to 12" in height.
• Remaval of all litter and debris within scope area.
* Clean trail adjacent ta work site af any litter, debris ar loose impediments as a result of
plant remaval and pruning. Should work not be completed in one day,then alf litter and
debris must be remaved at the end of each work day.
• Haul and dispose of al) pruning materia) and garbage to approved dump site.
• Trail access will be available far truck/equipment, size af vehicle limited to a 2—2 %ton
flatbed dump (10—12 foat bed}or similar, and must be coordinated with the Parks
Maintenance Manager.
• Gty will provide signage denoting`Narrow/Limited Trail Access'
• Should your company prefer to work from Maple Valley Hwy. 169, you will be
responsible for submitting a Traffic Control Plan for approval, and supplying the
required traffic cantrol persannel anclJar devices.
* Dump fees and sales tax to be included in quote.
