WHEREAS the City of Renton has certain motor vehicles
heretofore used by the Renton Police Department which vehicl�s are no
longer suitable or useful for the City' s needs, and
WHEREAS it is in the best interest of the City and the general
most
public to dispose of said vehicles on the/advantageous basis available
to the City, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR ANA THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I; The above facts and recitals are hereby found to
be true and correct in all respects . The Purchasing Agent of the City
of Renton is hereby authorized and directed to dispose of the following
described vehicles upon public bid call, to be published as required
by law, to-wit:
A-90 1969 Ford 4-D Sedan, Serial #9P53Y161322
A-91 1969 Ford 4-D Sedan, Serial #9P53Y161323
A-92 1969 Ford 4-D Sedan, Serial #9P53Y161318
A-93 1969 Ford 4-D Sedan, Serial #9P53Y161319
A-94 1969 Ford 4-D Sedan, Serial #9P53Y161320
A-95 1969 Ford 4-D Sedan, Serial �#9P53Y161321
Al1 of such vehicles to be sold on a cash basis, without warranty of
any type, and all of said sales to be final and conclusive. The City
reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities
in the form of the bid.
