WHEREASthe City of Renton , Washin�ton , �rad hereto�or� adopted
Ordinance No. 1794 for the constr�uction and installation of a sanitary
sewer system in the Talbot Hill area of the City of R�nton , known as
Local Improvement District No. 244 , which assessments and assessment
roll were duly a�proved bv City of Renton Ordinance No . �.E''4
under date of February 29th , 1961 , and
WHEREAS all of the bonds in connection with said Local Improve-
ment District No. 244 , together with all interest due , have been
duly called and paid for �xcept tha.t there presently exists a deficit
in the sum. of $374 . 41 , primarily due ta the fact that �ortic�ns of
the properties ��fected by s�a.d Loc�l Improvement District have been
acquired by eminent domain �or h�.ghw�y purpdses , and
WHEREAS it is nec�ss�ry �nd advisable to transfer the above-
captioned �efici� from Local Improv�ment Gu�ranteeFund un�o "Loer31
Improvement F'un� �istr�ict No. 24�" �� provic�ed by law, pa��icular
