?ZESOLUTION N0, ���
WHEREAS the Citp of kenton heretofore passed and approved
Resolution No. 1616 in com�liance with Section 5 and 6 of King County
Resolution No . 34569 and
WHEREAS the City hezetofore passed and approved Resolution
No. 1624 relating to certain Forward Thrust Arterial Improvement
Projects and tize funding thereof provided and to be provided frota
Forward Thrust Bond issues , and
WHEREAS since the last mentioned Resolution certain projeCt
r.eeds have been modified, amended and additions made tl�eto, and
WHEREAS Sections5 and 6 of the aforesaid King County
Resolution does permit the City to authorize such amendments and
modif�cations and in order to bring all of said projects current,
NOW THERE FORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The above recitals are hereby found to be true
�
and correct in all respects . City of Renton Resolutions No . 1616
and 1624 are hereby further amended and modified so as to bring current
and up to date the projects specified in King County Resolution No.
34569 , to-wit :
1. Change Item 2 to read "Rainier Avenue N and S . from
North City Limits to S . �rad� TrJay . "
2 . Change Item 11 to read "Union Avenue N.E. from North
East 4th St . to North City Limits :" ',
, 3 . Change Item 13 to read "Maple Valley Way from Sunset
Boulevard N. to EAst City Limits . "
4 . C:nange Item 14 to read "Shattuck Avenue S . from S .
2nd Str�et to S . 7th Street , "' '

SECTION II : All other terms and provisions of City of

amended and modified, shall remain in full force and effect .
