WHE.REAS the City of Renton has in its Equipment Rental
Fund certain equipment as hereinafter more particularly described, and
WHEREAS none of saa,d eQuipmen� is o�' any further use or
benefit ta the City and there is no foreseeable requirement for any
af said equipment, and
WHEREAS it is to the best interest of the City to declare such
j eiquipment surplus and dispose of it in the best and most advan�ageous
manner as hereina,fyer speci�ied, NO'v� THEREFORE
I BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Mr,YQR AND THE CITY C4UNCIL 0�" THE CITY

S�CTION I : The aforesaid findings and recitals are hereby
found to be true and correct in all respects .
SECTI4N II : It is hereby found and determined that the
following pieees of equipment are no 1.onger needed for any public use
or purpose and there is no fareseeable rquirement or need therefor, and
a1I o� said items are hereby declared surplus , to-wit:

The City� s Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise �or the sale of the above described equipmen�t,
upon sealed hids , and as otherwise pravided by 1aw. The City reserves
the right to rejec� any and a31 bids and �o waive any irregularities
in the farm of the bid. All equipment shall be sold on a cash basis .
