WHEREAS it is necessary and advisabl� to transfer the
belowspecified funds for the purpose of providing funds to cover
sick leave payments due medical and service retirees of the Renton Poli�:e
Department ,
and such transfer being necessary and in the public interest and
for the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON , WASHINGTON , AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directe�i
to make the following transfer:
