RESOLUTION N0 . ����
WHEREAS the City of Renton has various types of
traffic signal equipment, trai�.er-mounted generator plants , radio
equipment, crosswalk marker and Travelall as hereinafter more particularly
described, and
WHEREAS none of said equipment is of any further use or
benefit to the City and there is no foreseeable requirement for any of
eaid equipment, and �
WHEREAS it is to the best interest o� the City to declare I
such equipment surplus and dispose of it in the best and most advantageous
manner as hereinafter specified, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOFt AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The aforesaid findings and recitals are
hereby found to be true and correct in all respects .
SECTION II: It is hereby found and determined that
the following pieces of equipment are no long�r needed for any public use
o� gurpose and there ie no foreseeable requirement or need therefor, and
811 of said items sre hereby declared surplus , to-wits
Se� attached Exhibit "A"
The City's Purchasing Agent fs h�reby authorized and
directed to ad�ertise for the sale of the above d�scribed equipment , upon
aealed bids , and as otherwise provided by law. The City reserves the
right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irreg�larities in the
form of the bi.d. .All equipm�nt shall be sold crn a ca�h basis .
�ECTION III: A17. of such equipment shall be sold in

its "as is" condition without any warranty, express or implied, on the
part of the City of Renton.
