ORDINANCE N0. 4230
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DELETING
CHAPTERS l, 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, AND 10 OF TITLE VIII (HEALTH
AND SANITATION) OF ORDINANCE NO. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF
GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON. "
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Existing Chapter l, Eating Establishments and Food
Stores, of Title VIII (Health and Sanitation) of Ordinance No. 1628
entitled "Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is
hereby deleted in its entirety.
SECTION II. Existing Chapter 2, Contagious Diseases, of Title
VIII (Health and Sanitation) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of
General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby deleted in its
entirety.
SECTION III. Existing Chapter 4, Slaughtering of Animals, of
Title VIII (Health and Sanitation) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled
"Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby deleted
in its entirety.
SECTION IV. Existing Chapter 5, Meat Inspection, of Title VIII
(Health and Sanitation) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of
General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby deleted in its
entirety.
SECTION V. Existing Chapter 8, Animals, Rabies, of Title
VIII (Health and Sanitation) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of
General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby deleted in its
entirety.

SECTION VI. Existing Chapter 9, Outside Toilets, of Title
VIII (Health and Sanitation) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled "Code of
Gener�l Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby deleted in its
entirety.
SECTION VII. Existing Chapter 10, Milk and Milk Products, of
Title VIII (Health and Sanitation) of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled
"Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton" is hereby deleted
in its entirety.
SECTION VIII. This ordinance shall be effective upon its
passage, approval, and thirty days after publication.
