The following items of "Uniforms and Special Clothing" are hereby established as the proper and necessary items for the Fire Department of the City of Renton, subject, however, to the limitations of the City ' s budget classification therefor and as otherwise provided by law: Said items being contained on Exhibit "A" , which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth. � " ' or s and S ecial Clothin " B . The followi.ng items of "Uni.forms and Special Clothi.ng" are hereb� established as the proper and necessary items for the Water Administrative Department, Water Meter Readers, of the City of Renton, subject, however, to the limitations of the Cityzs budget classification therefor and as otherwise provided by law: Said items being contained on Exhibit ��C��, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if f�illy set forth. TnIhenever any amendments or modifications are necessary or required to be ; made on the foregoing lists of ��Uniforms and Special Clothingt' then the Chief of � the Police or Fire Department, or Department Head of the Water Administrative Department� or theix authorized representatives� sha.11 promptly advise the City �� Council of such change or modification so that appropriate amendments may be I considered to this Resolution. It is further provided that the special allowances herein made shall oril.y apply for such clothing� apparel or special equipment for members of the uniformed personnel depaxtments that are reasona.bly necessary to or incidental to their particular job assignment. SECTION II: All other Ordinances or Resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
