?��1HEREAS a petition for the approval of a final plat for
the subdivision of a certaix�--tpac�- a£ �1and. .as._be�reinafter more

heretofore been presented to and filed with the City Council and
the City Plannin� Commission and it appearing that the preliminary
plat has heretofore been duly approved by the Plannin� Commission
after public hearing thereon as provided by law; and
�IHEP.EAS after due investigation the Planning Commission
has considered and recommended the approval of said final plat
and said matter havin� come on for review before the Planning
Commission of the City of Renton at its public hearing, on or
aboufi January 28 , 1970 and the City Council having duly
approved said final plat at its regular meeting on February g , 1970
and such approval being deemed proper and advisaDle and in the publie
interest , NO�I THEREFORF
BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE r1AY0R AND THE CiTY COL'NCIL OF 'I'HE
CITY OF RENTON, ��lASF'INGTOPI, as follaws :
SECTION I: The final plat heretofore submitted and approved
by the Planning Commission, pertaining to the followin� described
real estate, to-wit:
GLENCOE DIVISION #3
The North half of the North half of the North half of the
Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 3 ,
Township 23 N. , Range 5 E . , W.M. , King County, Washington;
EXCEPT the West 30 . 00 feet and Except the East 180 .50 feet
thereof.
(Subject property being located between Union and Anacortes ,
Avenues N.E . , north of N.E . 24th Street)
