RESOLUTION N0.
WHEREAS it is necessary and advisable to transfer
certain funds as hereinbelow stated and said transfersbeing
necessary and in the public interest and for the public benefit ,
namely for the acquisition of certain waterfront property,
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON as follows :
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to make the following transfer, to-wit:
FROM: Cumulative Reserve Fund #1689
(Park acquisition) $27 ,395 . 81
UNTO : Lake Washington Beach Forward
' Thrust Fund #2100 , Acet. 601-
Land Acquisition $27 ,395 . 81
