RESOLUTION N0. /��`�
WHEREAS the City of Renton has in its equipment
rental fund certain motor vehicles as hereinafter more particularly
described, and
WHEREAS none of said vehicles is of any further use or
benefit to the City and there is no foreseeable requirement for
any of said vehicles ,and
WHEREAS it is to the best interest of the City to
declare such motor vehicic� surplus and dispose of it thenthe best
and most advantageous manner as hereinafter specified, NOW
THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTTON I : The aforesaid findings and recitals are
hereby found to be true and correct in all respects .
SBCTION II : It is hereby found and determined that the
following numbered and described motor vehicles are no longer
needed for any public use or purpose and there is no foreseeable
requirement or need therefor, and all of said items are hereby
declared surplus , to-wit :

' The City' s Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized and ',
directed to advertise for the sale of the abovedescribed vehicles ,
upon sealed bids , and as otherwise provided by law. The City
reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any
irregularities in the form of the bid. All vehicles shall be sold
on a cash basis.

on the part of the City of Renton.
