RESOLUTION N0 . � � �'��
WHEREAS the City of Renton, together with other municipal
a
corporations had/proprietary interest in the old so-called Orillia
Bridge located at or near the West Valley Highway and South 180th
Street, and
WHEREAS said bridge has heretofore beens�located and
replaced by a new bridge, and
WHEREAS the City of Renton has no further interest in a
portion of said old bridge structure or any appurtenances thereto ,
NOW 'I'HEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON , WASHINGTON, as follows :
SECTION I : The aforesaid findings and recitals are hereby
found to be tr�e and correct in all respects and the City Engineer
is hereby authorized to provide for the release of the City's interest,
if any, in the old Orillia Bridge as he deems fit .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 18thday of May, 1970 .
