NOG�' THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY T�?E MAY4R AP1D THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, ti�IASHINGTO�T, AS FOLLOti•�IS: SECTION I: That the 20th day of July 1970 at the hour of g p,�g,at the City Council Cha�nbers in the City HaII, Rentr�n, t�ashington, be and is hereby fixed as the time and place when the afaresaid Petition for vacating the aforesaid portion o� Stree� shall be heard and determined. SECTION 2I : The City Cler}c is hereby authori.zed and directed to give notice of said time and heari�ag as provided by Iaw, and any and a12 persons interested therein or objecting to said vacation may then appear and be heard thereon, or they may file their writ�en objections thereto with the City Clerk prior to or at the time of the hearing on said vacation.
