WHEREAS it is neces,sary and advisable to transfer the
belowspecified funds for the purpose of providing funds to pay
for replacement of Liberty Park ballfield lights , and such
transfer being necessary and in the public interest and for
the public benefit, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION I : The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to make the following transfer, to-wit :
FROM: CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND 1990 ,
(Maintenance and replacement of
ballfield lights) : $2 ,221. 00
UNTO: PARK FUND BUDGETARY ACCOUNT 1710 ,
M & 0 306 , (expending fund) : $2 ,221. 00
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this ��"' day o� August , 1970.
