BE IT RESOLUEO BY THE MAYOR A�ID CIlY COUNCIL OF 11iE CITY OF RENIDN,
WASMINGTON AS FOLLOWSs
SECTION Is The pendi�g p�oposed contract for Grant to Acquire and/or
Develop La�d for Open-Space Purposes No. MASH-0SA-99(G) is hereby in a11
respects approved.
SECTION II: The Mayor and City Cierk of the City of Renton, Washing-
ton are hereby authorized and directed to execute Contract No. NASH-OSA-99(G)
in two (2) counterparts on behalf of the City of Renton, Washington and the
City Clerk is hereby authorized aqd directed to impress and attest the offi-
eial seal of the Public Body on eaeh such counterpart and to forw�rd such
counterparts to the Department of Housing and tkba� Developnient, for execu-
tio� on behalf of the Government together with such other documents relative
to the approvai and execution of such counterparts as may be required by the
Government.
SECTION III: fiis Resolut3on sha11 take effect imnrodiately.
